Jumlah ibu hamil risiko tinggi di Puskesmas mamboro tahun 2022 sebanyak 76 orang. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kejadian kehamilan risiko tinggi untuk itu perlu diberikan edukasi tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya pengaruh edukasi media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-22 juli 2023. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan edukasi media video tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi sebagian besar berpengetahuan cukup yaitu 17 orang (54,8%) dan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi media video tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi meningkat menjadi baik sejumlah 27 orang (87,1%) dengan nilai p value 0,000 (p-value0,05). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh edukasi media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas Mamboro media video dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan penyuluhan tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi. Setelah dilakukan senam hamil paling banyak adalah nyeri punggung ringan sebanyak 24 orang (82,8%). ABSTRAK (i-xi + 113 Halaman + 5 Tabel + 20 Lampiran Tanda bahaya kehamilan merupakan salah satu gejala yang dapat menunjukan bahaya selama kehamilan sehingga dapat mengancam kondisi ibu dan bayi yang ada didalam kandungannya. penyebab kematian ibu hamil di desa Labuan Salambone disebabkan karena pendarahan Postpartum sebanyak 3 kasus kematian ibu ditahun 2021-2022. Tujuan Penelitian ini, diketahuinya pengaruh permainan kartu kwartet tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil di Desa Labuan Salumbone. Desain Penelitian yaitu pra-eksperimen dengan one grup pretest dan posttest Design dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 32 ibu hamil dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 29 ibu hamil. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Samping. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Paired Sampel T-test Hasil Analisis Univariat Pretest pengetahuan didapatkan (75.9%) ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan (93.1%) ibu hamil memiliki sikap negative. Kemudian diberikan intervensi permainan kartu kwartet sehingga diperoleh hasil posttest pengetahuan (41.4%) ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan baik dan (62.1%) ibu hamil memiliki sikap positif. Hasil analisis bivariate uji satistik menggunakan uji T-test didapatkan Sig(2-taliled=0,000 (p0,05), sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengaruh permainan kartu kwartet tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil. Kesimpulannya adalah ada pengaruh permainan kartu kwartet tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil di desa Labuan Salumbone. Saran diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengembangkan penelitian sejenis, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar kita semua dan sebaiknya peneliti selanjutnya menggunakan media/permainan yang berbeda seperti permainan bola saljudan buming card.
