Pasien mungkin merasa di tolak, tidak diterima, kesepian, dan tidak mampu membina hubungan yang berarti dengan orang lain. Tujuan penulisan adalah melakukan asuhan keperawatan Pada Ny.A dengan Isolasi Sosial dalam Tinjauan Teori Interpersonal Peplau Di Desa Betalemba Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tangkura. Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi: pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, rencana tindakan keperawatan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengkajian pada Ny.A, diperoleh data klien mengatakan tidak ingin berbicara pada orang lain karena mereka berisik, lebih suka sendiri. Diagnosa keperawatan prioritas yang diangkat yaitu Isolasi sosial. Intervensi dan implementasi yang diberikan sosial yaitu bina hubungan saling percaya, ajarkan pasien berinteraksi secara bertahap, latih pasien berinteraksi secara bertahap, latih pasien terlibat dalam kegiatan kelompok seperti terapi aktifitas kelompok. Evaluasi keperawatan : masalah isolasi sosial menarik diri teratasi sebagian dalam 4 hari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat keterkaitan antara asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.A dengan teori Interpersolan Peplau . Diharapkan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini secara teoritis dapat memberikan manfaat bagi Instansi Akademik dan pengembangan Ilmu terutama keperawatan jiwa dengan kasus isolasi sosial.
