Melihat data tersebut, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah belum mencapai target yang ada yaitu 91,1% (Profil Kesehatan Sulawesi Tengah, 2022).Tujuan penenlitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang persiapan menyusui di Puskesmas Malei Kecamatan Balaesang Tanjung Kabupaten Donggala. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif pada tanggal 22-23 juni 2024. .Sampel pada penelitihan ini yaitu total populasi seluruh ibu hamil trimester 2 yang ada di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas kecamatan Balaesang Tanjung Kabupaten Donggala yaitu sebanyak 23 ibu hamil trimester 2. Hasil penelitian yaitu gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai persiapan menyusui berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu yaitu Baik terdapat 4 responden (17,4%), berpengetahuan cukup terdapat 7 responden (30,4%), dan yang berpengetahuan kurang terdapat 12 responden (52,2%).
