Gangguan ini didefinisikan sebagai keluhan sulit memulai tidur, sulit mempertahankan tidur atau dini hari bangun dengan ketidakmampuan untuk kembali tidur dengan adanya kesempatan tidur yang cukup atau faktor lingkungan yang ideal.. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Terapi Dzikir terhadap penurunan Insomnia pada lansia di Desa Lantojaya. Metode penelitian : yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian: didapatkan bahwa Terapi Dzikir dapat menurunkan Insomnia pada Lansia. Kesimpulan : Terapi Dzikir dapat mengatasi insomnia pada lansia. Saran: Diharapkan pasien dapat menerapkan terapi dzikir pada saat mengalami insomnia pada malam hari selama 15-20 menit.
