ABSTRACT xiii + 122 Pages + 6 Tables + 4 Figures + 2 charts + 8 Attachments Background: pregnancy complications can occur at any stage from fertilization to birth. Based on data from the Mapane Community Health Center in 2022 and 2023, coverage of K1, K4 and K6 has not yet reached 100%. This means that coverage at the Mapene Community Health Center has not yet met the target of 100%. Objective: Providing Midwifery Care in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy to Mrs. Research Method: The type and design of this Final Project Report uses an observational method with a case study approach of assessing subjective data, objective data, assessment and midwifery care plans. Research Results: During the second trimester of pregnancy, TFU from the first visit to the third visit there was a gap between theory and practice because the size of the TFU did not correspond to the gestational age according to (Mc.Donald). Conclusion: The results obtained by the researchers were that subjective, objective, assessment and plan data studies were carried out on midwifery care for physiological pregnancy in the second trimester in N y.F in Lantojaya village in the working area of the Mapane Health Center. Suggestion: It is hoped that future researchers will be able to improve and know how to implement Physiological Midwifery Care and turn their learning into becoming a competent Midwife.
