The results of research on Mrs. Conclusion: The midwifery care provided for Mrs. D aged 25 years G2P1A0 from the first to the fourth stage of labor went smoothly. Suggestions for midwives and health workers at Pustu Ujuna in the Kamonji Community Health Center Working Area are expected to provide comprehensive care to clients and further improve midwifery services which have been good so far to be even better.
