Jumlah ibu hamil risiko tinggi di Puskesmas mamboro tahun 2022 sebanyak 76 orang. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kejadian kehamilan risiko tinggi untuk itu perlu diberikan edukasi tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya pengaruh edukasi media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-22 juli 2023. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan edukasi media video tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi sebagian besar berpengetahuan cukup yaitu 17 orang (54,8%) dan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi media video tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi meningkat menjadi baik sejumlah 27 orang (87,1%) dengan nilai p value 0,000 (p-value0,05). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh edukasi media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas Mamboro media video dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan penyuluhan tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi. Akupresur untuk dikenal dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri dan dapat meningkatkan pelepasan hormon endorphin yang merangsang sistem parasimpatis dan mempertahankan homeostatis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Akupresur terhadap tingkat nyeri ibu post SC di RSIA Tinatapura Kota Palu. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperiment dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest design yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok ekperiment dan kelompok control. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berdasarkan kriteri inklusi dan kriteria ekslusi. Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSIA Tinatapura Kota Palu dengan strategi pelaksanaan dan pasien diobservasi tingkat nyeri menggunakan lembar observasi VAS selama 2 hari. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan pada kelompok ekperiment sebelum diberikan Akupresur sebagian besar ibu mengalami nyeri berat, setelah diberikan intervensi mengalami penurunan nyeri ringan. Pada kelompok control nyeri yang dirasakan ibu yaitu nyeri ringan hingga sedang. Uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p-value=0,000 0.05.
