Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang banyak dijumpai pada lansia dan perlu adanya penanganan yang tepat seperti pelaksanaan latihan fisik pada lansia dan peran keluarga untuk membantu lansia mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan umum penelitian ini diketahuinya senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 142 orang lansia, sampel diambil dengan sampel Propotional Sampling, jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 14 orang lansia, alat ukur penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai P value 0,001 0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh antara senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Bahwa ada pengaruh antara tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi sebelum dan sesudah di lakukan senam di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Adanya pengaruh senam senam lansia terhadap perubahan tekanan darah dimana dapat merubah tekanan darah menjadi turun dan menstabilkan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. kesimpulan yang diambil, penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan senam pada lansia hipertensi terhadap tekanan darah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro. Hasil Penelitian: Selama masa kehamilan trimester III dari kunjungan pertama terdapat kesenjangan yaitu tekanan darah ibu rendah 100/80 mmHg hal ini bisa mengakibatkan ibu mengalami anemia ringan, dan TFU terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek karena ukuran TFU tidak sesuai dengan usia kehamilan kunjungan kedua dan ketiga terdapat Berat badan ibu naik 2 kg. Kenaikan berat badan ibu perminggu yang seharusnya naik sekitar 0,3-0,5 kg dalam seminggu. Kesimpulan: Hasil yang didapati peneliti yaitu telah terlaksana pengkajian data subjektif, objektif, assesment, dan plan pada asuhan kebidanan kehamilan fisiologis trimester III pada Ny. N di kelurahan kayamanya wilayah kerja Puskesmas kayamanya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 306 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, data diolah menggunakan M. Excel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan siswa sebelum pemberian edukasi sebagian besar (54,7%) memperoleh pengetahuan baik. Namun masih ada (32%) memperoleh pengetahuan cukup dan (13.3%) pengetahuan masih kurang. Pengetahuan siswa sesudah pemberian edukasi yaitu kategori cukup tersisa (18.7%), sedangkan dengan kategori baik bertambah menjadi (81.3%). Data on cases of babies experiencing LBW at the Lere Community Health Center in 2022 is 33 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with low birth weight (LBW) babies in the Lere Community Health Center Working Area, Palu City in 2022. This research is a retrospective analytical study with a case control research design. The population in this study was 478 mothers giving birth in the Lere Community Health Center area, Palu City. The total sample was 99 respondents. This sampling technique included babies who experienced LBW plus some babies who were born with normal weight but had almost the same characteristics as those who experienced LBW. This research was carried out from 20 to 23 August 2023. The results of bivariate analysis on maternal age were P value (0.041) with an Odds ratio of 4.160, Maternal nutritional status during pregnancy was P value (0.000) with an Odds ratio of 61.875, Parity was P value (0.136) with an Odds ratio of 2.228 and Education was P value ( 0.013) with an odds ratio of 6.171. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between maternal age, maternal nutritional status during pregnancy, and education. Parity is not related to the incidence of LBW in the Lere Community Health Center working area, Palu City. Researchers hope that the Lere Community Health Center can improve the quality of services, provide information, and reduce the birth rate of Low Birth Weight (LBW) babies. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Didapatkan bahwa sebelum diberikan media video animasi mayoritas ibu hamil primigravida trimester III mengalami penurunan pengetahuan kurang sebesar (48%) dan setelah diberikan media video animasi mengalami peningkatan baik sebanyak (96%) sehingga diperoleh nilai p-value=0,0001 (p0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan perilaku bullying tentang body image dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja di SMPN 18 Palu.saran diharapkan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang telah diteliti dalam penelitian ini, agar memperoleh hasil yang lebih bervariatif. Jika terjadi tekanan darah tinggi yang terus-menerus dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menyebabkan komplikasi perdarahan pada otak yang dapat menimbulkan masalah ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan serebral. Gangguan perfusi jaringan serebral dapat menyebabkan hipertensi yang lebih serius dan bahkan komplikasi seperti stroke. Tujuan Penelitian : tujuan penelitian kali ini yaitu Asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan senam lansia pada lansia dengan kasus hipertensi untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan pasien. Metode Penelitian : Desain studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Strategi yang digunakan yaitu strategi keperawatan, yang meliputi pengkajian keperawatan, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan dalam bentuk Asuhan Keperawatan Gerontik. Hasil Penelitian : pengkajian klien mengeluh khawatir dengan tekanan darahnya yang terus meningkat dan tidak kunjung turun. Diagnosa keperawatan pada klien adalah risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif ditandai dengan faktor risiko hipertensi dan Ansietas berhubungan dengan stress dan emosional. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan yaitu senam lansia ditambah dengan intervensi pendukung. Tahap implementasi, senam lansia dilakukan selama 3 hari berturut-turut selama 15 menit. Evaluasi setelah melakukan senam lansia masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien dapat teratasi. Kesimpulan : implementasi senam lansia dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien lansia dengan hipertensi.
